Our Process
Over the years we have honed our skills, at seeking out the best candidates for our clients, developing a 4 step process that delivers success more reliably, more often.
1. Brief. We take the time up front to fully understand and confirm your brief, including details of your business needs and culture as well as the specific skills and competencies required in your ideal candidate.
2. Research. We conduct exhaustive and proactive research to identify target organisations and potential candidates globally. We have an extensive network of senior level contacts (CEO/DCEO/Head of HR) who we are able to approach to obtain confidential commentary on a candidate's qualities.
3. Shortlist. An integral part of our selection process is the use of in-depth competency based interview techniques against the job description to provide thorough assessments of abilities to provide full briefing alongside candidate CVs. Further assessments including psychometric / behavioural testing can be applied where required.
4. Select. We provide support and guidance throughout the interview and offer a negotiation process. References are obtained at offer stage and once a successful contract is made, we are able to offer support throughout the on-boarding of your new team member.
